The Wyoming State Library Migrates to Grove for Libraries for Aspen Hosting and Support

October 03, 2025 02:04 PM - By Jordan Fields

Grove for Libraries, the premier provider of services for the open-source Aspen platform, is proud to announce that the Wyoming State Library has chosen Grove for Libraries to host and support its WYLDcat catalog and library app.

WYLD has had a great relationship working with Grove on Aspen development for over a year, which has helped us move forward with several projects. We’ve been impressed with the depth of knowledge that their staff have related to the Symphony ILS and their ability to assess issues unique to our system and quickly implement solutions. Hosting with Grove also allows us access to streamlined development going forward, and allows WYLD to partner with other libraries in the community to support exciting changes in Aspen for everyone.
Desiree Saunders, WYLD Program Manager

We love working with the WYLD librarians. They are such knowledgeable, creative professionals and problem solvers. We’re thrilled that they are now hosting with Grove as it will allow us to work even more closely together on projects that serve Wyoming library patrons as well as all libraries using Aspen Discovery and LiDA.
Mark Noble, Aspen Architect and Grove Co-Founder

WYLDcat can be browsed online at https://wyld.wyldcatalog.org/ and the WYLDcat app can be found in the Apple App store and in the Google Play store.
